Mediations are charged at the rate of $8000.00 per day of mediation and $550/hour for preparation time in advance of the mediation, plus associated expenses including travel. 

Arbitration fees vary between $550.00 and $650.00/hour plus associated expenses, including travel, depending on whether serving as sole arbitrator or on a panel of arbitrators as well as the time commitment required.

For Early Neutral Evaluations and Dispute Review Boards, the fee is $550.00/hour plus associated expenses, including travel.
